Surface treatment of saw blade after heat treatment and annealing can greatly reduce the stress fracture of saw blade. The surface treatment is to add a very thin layer on the surface of the saw blade under certain pressure. When the surface is treated by densification, it is not easy to fracture. Surface treatment can also ensure that each tooth tip forms a stable and smooth surface, which can withstand the impact of cutting and vibration, ensure that the cutting tool force uniform, and extend its service life.
